We're looking for an experienced, energetic Company Operations Leader to oversee the operations of multiple corporate restaurant locations within a designated district. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who knows the restaurant business, develops strong teams, understands the numbers, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As Company Operations Leader, you'll have the opportunity to shape day-to-day operations, develop restaurant leaders, improve processes, support new store openings, and help position the company for continued growth.

What You'll Do
Lead Corporate Restaurant Operations
  • Oversee corporate restaurant locations and ensure teams consistently follow company systems, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Maintain high standards for food safety, food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall restaurant execution.
  • Monitor restaurant performance using sales reports, customer feedback, operational audits, and other key performance indicators.
  • Lead regular Operations meetings to align teams, share best practices, address challenges, and prepare for future growth.
  • Hold Corporate Store Managers, Shift Leads, and restaurant staff accountable while creating a supportive, high-performance culture.
Drive Operational Excellence
  • Ensure successful execution of promotional limited-time offers (LTOs), training initiatives, operational tools, and company programs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize restaurant operations.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve Company Store Division financial goals, including sales, transactions, food costs, labor, and profitability.
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Support Growth & Company Initiatives
  • Provide operational leadership and support for new restaurant openings.
  • Partner with internal departments to test and implement new menu offerings, products, systems, and procedures.
  • Lead the execution of new product launches and operational changes across restaurants.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and hold them accountable to company expectations and service standards.
  • Provide operational support and guidance to franchise partners as needed.
Champion the Customer Experience
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback to continuously improve service and satisfaction.
  • Partner with Marketing to execute promotions, events, and initiatives designed to increase traffic and sales.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
  • Serve as a positive and visible brand representative within the community.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a proven restaurant leader who can balance people, operations, and financial performance.

Required Experience
  • 10+ years of restaurant industry experience
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • 2+ years of multi-unit management experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams
  • Experience optimizing, streamlining, or improving business processes
  • Experience consulting with, influencing, or partnering with other leaders
  • Experience managing budgets of $1 million or more

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means more than hitting financial targets. You'll build strong restaurant leadership teams, create operational consistency, improve the customer experience, identify opportunities to make the business better, and help prepare the organization for its next stage of growth.

You’ll be a hands‑on leader who is comfortable walking into a restaurant, talking with the team, reviewing the numbers, solving a problem, and rolling up your sleeves when needed.

  • Ability to drive to company restaurant locations.
  • Ability to participate in‑person in meetings and operational activities.
