Job summary

The Washington Ballet is seeking a Company Manager to liaise for artists, coordinating schedules, travel, visas, and health for dancers, choreographers, and guest artists. This role collaborates with Artistic and Production to ensure compliance with CBAs and policies.

Full-time, on-site role in Washington, DC, with a salary range of $75,000–$80,000. The Company Manager contributes to TWB's culture and core values while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in company management for a performing arts org.
• Experience with union CBAs including AGMA, IATSE, USA, AFM.
• Budget management experience and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with artists and staff.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute dancer schedules compliant with policies and CBAs.
• Serve as liaison between dancers, Studio Company and management; AGMA liaison.
• Coordinate visas and contract paperwork for artistic personnel.
• Support artistic and production departments with admin tasks and records.
