Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers steady freight, support, and maximized home time with our Midwest regional routes, averaging $72,000 - $83,000 per year!

We are currently offering a New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase! (Valid from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)

Benefits:

• Pay: $72,000 - $83,000 annually, $1,500/week plus accessorials
• Orientation Pay: Increased to $10,000, paid in the first 180 days
• Home Time: Every weekend
• Routes: Midwest regional
• Additional Benefits: 401(k) with employer match, top equipment, rider & pet policy, insurance options, paid vacation and holidays

Driver Referral Pay:

• Increased to $5,000, with milestone payments at 1,000, 90, 120, and 180 days

Orientation Details:

• Paid orientation with increased pay: $1,500 in week 1, $1,200 in week 2, totaling $2,300 at 120 days, and $5,000 at 180 days

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in three years
• No recent DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus
