• Average annual pay of $72,000 - $83,000, with weekly earnings of $1,500 plus accessorials
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

Driver Referral Pay:

• Increased to $5,000 (from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)
• Payments structured at $1,000 for the first load, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,500 after 120 days, and $1,500 after 180 days

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
