Orientation Pay:

• Increased to $10,000, paid in the first 180 days

Orientation details:

• Rental car or plane ticket depending on domicile

Driver Referral Pay:

• Increased to $5,000 total (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025)
• Breakdown: $1,000 on first load, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,500 after 120 days, $1,500 after 180 days

Requirements:

• At least 1 year CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
