Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time with our Midwest regional routes, averaging $72,000 - $83,000 per year!

New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase! (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)

Benefits:

• Drivers average $72,000 - $83,000 per year!
• $1,500 per week
• Plus accessorials

• Orientation Pay:
• Increased to $10,000 (paid within the first 180 days!)

Orientation includes rental car or plane ticket (depending on domicile), single rooms, and provided meals.

Driver Referral Pay:

Orientation Pay Breakdown:

• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• $2,300 after 120 days
• $5,000 after 180 days

Requirements:

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
