With our Midwest regional routes, Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time, averaging $72,000 - $83,000 per year!

Benefits include:

1. Pay:
   • Average $72,000 - $83,000 per year
   • $1,500 per week plus accessorials
2. Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days.
3. Orientation details: rental car or plane ticket (based on domicile), single rooms, meals provided.
4. Home every weekend.

Driver referral pay increased to $5,000 (from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025), structured as:

• $1,000 for the first load
• $1,000 after 90 days
• $1,500 after 120 days
• $1,500 after 180 days

Orientation pay details:

• $1,500 in Week 1
• $1,200 in Week 2
• $2,300 after 120 days
• $5,000 after 180 days

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not mandatory.
