Montgomery Transport is hiring CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for Midwest regional routes, offering steady freight, excellent support, and maximum home time. The position averages $72,000 - $83,000 annually.

Benefits include:

1. Pay: $1,500 weekly plus accessorials, with annual earnings of $72,000 - $83,000.
2. Orientation Pay: Increased to $10,000 (from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days. Orientation includes rental car or plane ticket, single rooms, and provided meals.
3. Home Time: Home every weekend.
4. Additional Benefits: 401(k) with employer match, top-tier equipment, rider & pet policies, affordable insurance options, paid vacation and holidays.
5. Driver Referral Pay: Increased to $5,000 during the same period, with payments at various milestones ($1,000, $1,000, $1,500, $1,500).

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months of flatbed experience.
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No DUI in the past 10 years.
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required.
