Benefits for CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers

1. Pay:
   • Average $72,000 - $83,000 annually
   • $1,500 weekly plus accessorials
2. Orientation Pay:
   • Increased to $10,000 (from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days
   • Details include rental car or plane ticket based on domicile, single rooms, and provided meals
3. Home Time: Every weekend
4. Additional Benefits:

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
