1. Pay: Drivers average $72,000 - $83,000 annually, earning $1,500 per week plus accessorials.
2. Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days.

Driver Referral Pay:

1. Increased to $5,000 (from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025):

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months of flatbed experience.
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No DUI in the past 10 years.
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus.
