Job Opportunity: CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver - Midwest Regional

Montgomery Transport is seeking CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for our Midwest regional routes. We offer steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time, with average annual earnings between $72,000 and $83,000.

• Average pay of $72,000 - $83,000 annually, with $1,500 weekly plus accessorials

Orientation Details:

• Transportation to orientation (rental car or plane ticket depending on domicile)
• Single rooms and provided meals

Referral Program:

• Driver referral pay increased to $5,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025)
• Payment milestones: $1,000 for first load, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,500 after 120 days, and $1,500 after 180 days

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with a minimum of 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
