• Pay: $72,000 - $83,000 annually, $1,500/week plus accessorials
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025), paid in first 180 days

Driver Referral Pay has increased to $5,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025):

• $1,000 for first load
• $1,000 after 90 days
• $1,500 after 120 days

Orientation pay breakdown:

• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• 120 Days: $2,300
• 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements include:

• 1 year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in past 3 years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus
