Driver Referral Pay

• Paid in weekly installments: $1,500 (week 1), $1,200 (week 2), $2,300 (120 days), $5,000 (180 days)

Requirements for CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not mandatory
