With our Midwest regional routes, Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time, averaging $72,000 - $83,000 per year.

Benefits include:

1. Pay: Drivers average $72,000 - $83,000 annually, earning $1,500 per week plus accessorials.
2. Orientation Pay: Increased to $10,000 (from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days.
3. Home weekly on Midwest regional routes.
4. 401(k) with employer match, top equipment, rider & pet policies, and comprehensive insurance options.
5. Paid vacation (after 6 months) and holidays.

Driver Referral Pay has increased to $5,000 during the same period, with milestones at $1,000, $1,000, $1,500, and $1,500 over 90, 120, and 180 days respectively.

Requirements include:

1. At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months flatbed experience.
2. No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
3. No DUI in the past 10 years.
4. Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not mandatory.
