CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver - Midwest Regional

Join Montgomery Transport and enjoy steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time with our Midwest regional routes. Earn an average of $72,000 - $83,000 per year!

Benefits:

• Pay:
• Average $72,000 - $83,000 per year
• $1,500 per week plus accessorials

• Orientation Pay:
• Increased to $10,000 (paid in the first 180 days)

Orientation includes rental car or plane ticket, single rooms, and provided meals. Drivers are home every weekend, operating on Midwest regional routes.

Driver Referral Pay:

• Increased to $5,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)
• Breakdown: $1,000 first load, $1,000 at 90 days, $1,500 at 120 days, $1,500 at 180 days

Orientation Pay Details:

• Paid in weekly installments: $1,500 in week 1, $1,200 in week 2, totaling $2,300 at 120 days, and $5,000 at 180 days

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
