Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers steady freight, excellent support, and maximum home time with our Midwest regional routes, averaging $72,000 - $83,000 per year.

Key Benefits:

• Average annual pay: $72,000 - $83,000
• Weekly pay: $1,500 plus accessorials
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

Driver Referral Program:

• Paid orientation totaling $10,000, paid in the first 180 days
• Includes rental car or plane ticket based on domicile, single rooms, and provided meals

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not mandatory
