Join Montgomery Transport's Midwest regional routes, offering steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time. Average annual earnings range from $72,000 to $83,000.

• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days

Referral Program

• Paid in the first 180 days with the following schedule: Week 1: $1,500, Week 2: $1,200, 120 Days: $2,300, 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience, with a minimum of 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not mandatory
