• Average annual pay: $72,000 - $83,000
• Weekly pay: $1,500 plus accessorials
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000, paid within the first 180 days

Driver Referral Pay:

• Referral bonus increased to $5,000 (effective 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)
• Breakdown: $1,000 for first load, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,500 after 120 days, and $1,500 after 180 days

Orientation Pay Details:

• Paid in weekly installments: $1,500 (Week 1), $1,200 (Week 2), $2,300 (up to 120 days), and $5,000 (up to 180 days)

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6 months on flatbed
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
