Orientation Details:

• Driver referral pay increased to $5,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025)
• Payments at milestones: $1,000 for first load, $1,000 at 90 days, $1,500 at 120 days, $1,500 at 180 days

Requirements:

• 1 year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
