Job Title: Company Driver - Regional Routes at Montgomery Transport

Join Montgomery Transport as a Company Driver - Regional Routes. We offer CDL-A flatbed truck drivers steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time, with average annual earnings between $72,000 and $83,000.

Benefits and Compensation

• Pay: $1,500 per week plus accessorials, averaging $72,000 - $83,000 annually
• Orientation Pay: Increased to $10,000 (from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days
• Home Time: Home every weekend

Referral Program

• Driver Referral Pay: Increased to $5,000 during the same period, with structured payments at various milestones

Orientation Details

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months on flatbed

• No recent DUI (within 10 years)
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
