Benefits and Compensation

• Annual Pay: $72,000 - $83,000, approximately $1,500 per week plus accessorials.
• Orientation Pay: Increased to $10,000 (valid from 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025), paid within the first 180 days.
• Orientation Details: Rental car or plane ticket (depending on domicile), single rooms, meals provided.
• Home Time: Every weekend.

Driver Referral Program

• Referral Pay: Increased to $5,000 (from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months on flatbed.
