Driver Referral Pay:

1. Increased to $5,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)
2. First load: $1,000
3. 90 Days: $1,000
4. 120 Days: $1,500
5. 180 Days: $1,500

Orientation pay breakdown:

• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• 120 Days: $2,300
• 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements:

• 1 year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus
