New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase! (5/12/2025 Through 9/30/2025)

Benefits:

• Pay: Drivers average $72,000 - $83,000 per year, $1,500 per week plus accessorials
• Orientation Pay: Increased to $10,000 (paid in first 180 days)
• Home Time: Every weekend
• Routes: Midwest regional
• Additional Benefits: 401(k) with employer match, top equipment, rider & pet policy, affordable insurance, paid vacation and holidays

Driver Referral Pay:

• Increased to $5,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025)
• Details include $1,000 for first load, $1,000 at 90 days, $1,500 at 120 days, $1,500 at 180 days

Orientation Pay Breakdown:

• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• 120 Days: $2,300
• 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements:

• 1 year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
