• Pay:
• Average $72,000 - $83,000 per year
• $1,500 per week
• Plus accessorials
• Orientation Pay:
• Increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025) - paid within the first 180 days
• Orientation Details:
• Rental car or plane ticket (based on driver’s domicile)

• Paid in the first 180 days
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• 120 Days: $2,300
• 180 Days: $5,000

Requirements for CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers

• At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with 6+ months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, but not required
