New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase! (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)

• Benefits for CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers:
  • Pay: average $72,000 - $83,000 per year, $1,500 per week, plus accessorials
  • Orientation Pay: increased to $10,000 (paid in the first 180 days), details in the Orientation Pay section below
  • Orientation includes rental car or plane ticket (depending on domicile), single rooms, and provided meals

  • Week 1: $1,500
  • Week 2: $1,200
  • 120 Days: $2,300
  • 180 Days: $5,000
• Requirements:
  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months of flatbed experience
  • No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
  • No DUI in the past 10 years
  • Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
