My name is Haley Peek McArthur. I am 26 and started working for BRW in 2024. I chose this company because they are very family-oriented. I have two toddlers, and life can get chaotic, but BRW has never made me feel less as a driver for being a mom. They are amazing, and I love my dispatch team for always educating me and having my best interests in mind. I drive the local division out of Eastaboga.

I started at BR Williams Trucking in April 2000. I began in the shop as a fuel and washer, then moved into trailer service, truck service, and heavy maintenance on track trailers by 2002. They taught me how to drive a big rig, and that’s when my career took off! I’ve been here for 25 years, and I love every minute. What keeps me here are the people I work with and our dispatchers; I’ve known them since I was 18, and they are like family to me.
