Job Title: Compnay Driver

Location: Dover, New Hampshire (On-Site)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM nights and weekends required

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to support daily business operations through transportation, deliveries, pickups, and logistical support. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting employees, parts, materials, and Company assets while maintaining company vehicles and representing Q professionally on the road.

The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically and highly organized, with the ability to manage time sensitive deliveries and accommodate after-hours transportation needs when required. Additionally, the right candidate will be capable of supporting facilities management during downtime. All applicants must sign a release permitting Q to obtain a certified driver history record.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide transportation for employees, guests, and business partners, including airport runs
  • Deliver and pick up parts, materials, packages, and company equipment
  • Perform after-hours and weekend deliveries or pickups as needed
  • Conduct basic regular vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of company vehicles
  • Coordinate routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and timeliness
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
  • Support operations, manufacturing, shipping, and leadership teams with transportation-related needs
  • Communicate professionally with employees, vendors, and customers
  • Respond to urgent transportation or delivery requests as needed
  • Follow all applicable traffic laws and company policies
  • Assist with miscellaneous facility and operational support tasks when not actively driving
Required Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must be legally permitted to possess firearms pursuant to state and federal law
  • Reliable, punctual, and strong communication skills
  • Basic automotive knowledge and ability to perform preventive maintenance
  • Comfortable driving long distances when required
  • Ability to lift and move packages, materials, and equipment safely
  • Availability for occasional nights, weekends, and after-hours calls
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience driving company vehicles, cargo vans, trucks, or commercial vehicles
  • Experience working in manufacturing, logistics, shipping, or warehouse environments
  • Mechanical Skills
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift throughout the workday
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds
  • Ability to safely operate multiple types of vehicles in varying weather conditions
