BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in Chester and Delaware County, PA.

DSPs work one-on-one in home and community settings as companions and mentors, providing care and encouragement to help clients reach their full potential. We offer part-time roles with the opportunity to accrue full-time hours, flexible scheduling across multiple shift locations, and a supportive, values-driven

Competenze

• One or more years of experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities (If you do not have this experience, training may be available through our apprentice program)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Mansioni

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities

BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. We are part-time with ability to accrue full-time hours, and provide flexibility with scheduling through various shift locations and times throughout Chester and Delaware County, PA.

Locations We’re Hiring:

Media, Chester, Exton, Springfield, Aston, Ridley (Delaware County)

Type:

• Part-Time
• Weekdays
• Weekends available

How You’ll Make an Impact as a Direct Support Professional (DSP):

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay rates starting at $18/hour with a weekly pay schedule
• Flexible scheduling (part-time, full-time, various shifts)
• Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)
• Options for mileage reimbursement
