Qualifications

• Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening.
• Provide 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and support individual during home activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks.
• Prepare meals and light cleaning.
• Ensure individual’s safety and maintain a safe living environment.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individual to social events.
• Promote communication and socialization.
• Complete daily progress notes.
