Formación

• 1+ year of supervisory experience, preferably in a pet retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of companion animals, aquatics, and animal care practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High focus on customer service and people development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead health, safety, and welfare of live animals per Petco standards and veterinary protocols.
• Coach partners to deliver confident, compassionate customer interactions and high presentation standards.
• Drive sales, margins, and shrink through disciplined execution in Companion Animal and Aquatics.
• Provide ongoing feedback and support to strengthen partner performance and engagement.
