Job summary

CareBuilders at Home – Triad NC is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide companionship and assistance with daily activities in clients' homes across North Carolina.

You will support clients, monitor health changes, and help with light housekeeping and errands. Training and ongoing support are provided, with weekly pay and competitive hourly wages.

Qualifications

• Valid TB test within the last 6 months.
• Six months of caregiver experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic with strong communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
• Monitor changes in health or behavior and report them.

Job Description:

We are seeking empathetic and reliable Caregivers who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and companionship to individuals who require help with daily activities.

Education:

High School, GED; Completion of orientation in companion/sitter services/respite services.

Experience:

Six months of experience as a sitter, companion or respite worker.

Responsibilities of a Caregiver:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

Qualifications:

• TB test within the last 6 months

• Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
• Must maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company privacy policies.
