Job summary

CareBuilders at Home in Knoxville, TN is seeking empathetic caregivers to provide companionship and daily living assistance in clients’ homes. You will help with activities of daily living, accompany clients to appointments, and support families while maintaining privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and light tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required).
• Must pass background check.
• Must maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company privacy policies.
