GlobalFoundries is seeking a Device Compact Modeling Engineer to develop digital, analog, and RF compact models for GF CMOS technologies. You will collaborate across Technology Development, Characterization, PDK, and Design Enablement to deliver robust, production-ready models for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include SPICE model development, data selection, QA, validation, and circuit benchmarking across technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and good academic standing.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsabilités

• Develop SPICE models for digital, analog, and RF devices in GF CMOS tech.
• Drive data selection, model extraction, QA, validation, and benchmarking.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Modeling, Characterization, PDK, and Design Enablement.
• Stay current on SPICE modeling trends and incorporate new techniques.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and assist with customer inquiries.
