Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Fluent English (written & verbal).
• Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor device physics related to compact modeling.
• Understanding of semiconductor device noise and matching behaviors.
• Internship or co-op experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop SPICE models for digital, analog, and RF devices.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute model projects and resolve issues.
• Stay current on SPICE modeling trends and incorporate new techniques into workflows.
• Provide technical updates to stakeholders and assist customers with model questions.
