Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two or more years of professional experience related to programming responsibilities.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience delivering information, training, or education to groups or individuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programming in Kansas.
• Coordinate Wallace County 4-H youth development program and events.
• Support Wallace County Extension Master Gardener program.
• Engage in community vitality programming and volunteer development.
• Recruit and manage volunteers to extend outreach and impact.
• Collaborate with district team to plan and deliver programming.
• Pursue internal and external funding to support programs.
• Provide primary oversight for Wallace County office.
