You will coordinate with program teams, manage HR tasks, and ensure timely data reporting while expanding opportunities for participants and employer partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience leading teams providing direct service to at‑risk populations.
• Experience in gun violence reduction and workforce development programs.
• Experience in talent development and business services.
• Demonstrated servant leadership values in a team‑oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of trauma‑informed care, motivational interviewing, and behavioral modification concepts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Excellent writing, proofing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee worksite supervision, transport, and worksite matching aligned with hotspot mapping and career interests.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to establish worksites and hiring partner relationships.
• Collaborate with CVI program teams on operational implementation and data reporting.
• Mentor and develop staff through coaching and performance assessment.
• Ensure accurate and regular data reporting on all services.
• Conduct HR functions: interviews, hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, improvement plans.
• Coordinate with fiscal entities to track transitional job hours and wages.
• Provide worksite transport and supervision of participants, ensuring safety and protocol compliance.
• Engage employer partners, develop diverse worksites, and manage agreements and verifications.
• Participate in conflict resolution and critical incident response, including de-escalation strategies.
• Facilitate team meetings focused on continuous improvement and staff well-being.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders.
