Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and efficient transactional services.
• Provide friendly customer assistance across in-person and telephone interactions.
• Actively cross-sell and refer customers to appropriate products and services.
• Maintain and balance an assigned cash drawer within established security and control limits.
• Support daily branch operations, helping resolve customer account issues and ensuring proper identification and confidentiality.
• Open new accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs, and assist with additional transactional requests such as stop payments and withdrawals.
• Participate in branch sales and business development activities, seeking opportunities to strengthen customer and community relationships.
