About The Role

The Universal Banker I is a core member of the branch team, delivering high-quality customer service, supporting daily branch operations, and contributing to the growth of customer relationships. In this role, you will provide transactional support, assist customers with financial needs, and help drive branch sales through informed referrals. • Actively cross-sell and refer customers to appropriate products and services based on identified needs.

Additional Information

This position requires periods of standing and movement throughout the workday. The employee must be able to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds.

All Universal Bankers have a \"home branch\" but may be asked to cover one of our other branches at any time. Being able to work at each of our locations is mandatory.
