Job summary

Pueblo of Pojoaque is seeking a recruiter to build and maintain applicant sources by engaging community services, colleges, agencies, and recruiters. The role includes presenting opportunities and benefits and working with tribal members to support career growth within Pueblo of Pojoaque Businesses.

The position requires 2 years of recruiting experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media, and Applicant Tracking Systems.

• Proficiency using computers and software including Microsoft Office; social media, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Previous experience working with Tribal Preference in Employment preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients.
• Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
• Completes weekly report on employment activity.
• Acts as liaison with area employment agencies, college, university and community college placement offices.
• May assist with screening and referring qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing.
• Responsible for adhering to applicable Pueblo of Pojoaque, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
