Lad Lake, Inc. seeks compassionate community therapists to join our trauma-informed team serving Wisconsin youth and families across multiple counties.
You will conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy in-home, virtually, or in-office based on clinical need. Requires a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field, active licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Training License), and willingness to travel.

We are seeking compassionate, trauma-informed therapists who are deeply committed to supporting youth and families. In this community-based role, you will serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, working across Washington, Walworth, Ozaukee, Waukesha, and Dodge counties to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that promote healing and long-term success.
