Lad Lake, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks compassionate trauma-informed therapists to support youth and families across Washington, Walworth, Ozaukee, Waukesha, and Dodge counties.
As a community therapist, you will conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, provide in-home, virtual, or office-based therapy, advocate within community systems, manage crisis plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. A master’s degree and active licensure are required.

We are seeking compassionate, trauma-informed therapists who are deeply committed to supporting youth and their families. In this community-based role, you will serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, working across Washington, Walworth, Ozaukee, Waukesha, and Dodge counties to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that promote healing and long-term success.
