Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a Community Talent Consultant to actively build relationships in Independence and nearby communities. You will attend career fairs, partner with schools and healthcare organizations, and connect talented people with meaningful opportunities at Phoenix.

You will travel locally to events, represent the company, and work with recruiters to meet hiring needs, sharing Phoenix culture and career paths with potential candidates.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with schools, hospitals, healthcare organizations, community groups, and workforce partners.
• Represent Phoenix at career fairs, hiring events, networking events, and community activities.
• Generate candidate leads and connect them with our recruiting team.
• Share the Phoenix culture, mission, and career opportunities.
• Discover new partnerships and creative ways to attract talent.
• Travel throughout the Independence area, with occasional evenings and weekends.
