  • Experience with data management, analytics, reporting, information systems, or process improvement preferred.
  • Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, public health, nonprofit, government, grant-funded, or community-based settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and improve ConnectWell’s shared data and technology infrastructure.
  • Serve as the primary internal owner of project systems using Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, Forms, Power BI, Power Automate, Teams, and other approved tools.
  • Work with consultants during system design and implementation, then maintain and improve systems long term.
  • Develop tools for tracking project activities, partnerships, referrals, outreach, training, Connection Prescriptions, resources, and performance measures.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, reduce duplicate data entry, simplify workflows, and improve system usability.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and maintain clear technical documentation.
  • Establish and maintain reliable processes for collecting ConnectWell performance data.
  • Monitor progress toward project goals, benchmarks, and required SAMHSA performance measures.
  • Review data for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and reporting issues.
  • Prepare and validate information needed for quarterly and annual grant reporting.

Work Location: Flexible — in person in Norfolk or Columbus Nebraska, hybrid, or remote.

Position Summary

The Community Systems & Data Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the data, technology, and reporting infrastructure for ConnectWell: Behavioral Health and Community Partnership Network. This position builds and maintains the technology systems, data processes, and reporting tools ConnectWell relies on to support project implementation, referrals, community partnerships, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement.

The Community Systems & Data Manager is responsible for building and improving the technology and data infrastructure that supports ConnectWell: Behavioral Health and Community Partnership Network. This position manages the systems and tools used for referrals, reporting, evaluation, and project implementation.

A major focus of this role is making technology work for people instead of creating more work for them. The Community Systems & Data Manager will look for opportunities to simplify processes, automate repetitive tasks, improve access to information, connect systems when possible, and build tools that support long-term success.

ConnectWell is an initiative focused on strengthening behavioral health and community safety across Madison and Platte Counties. The project brings community partners together to improve coordination, strengthen referral pathways, expand access to resources, and build capacity across the region. Together, these efforts are intended to create a stronger, more connected system of support for the communities we serve.

Qualifications
Education & Experience

  • Strong ability to organize,validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
  • Ability to translate data into clear reports, dashboards, visualizations, and practical information.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Forms, Power Automate, and Teams.
  • Ability to design practical workflows,identifyopportunities for automation, and troubleshoot system or data issues.
  • Strong attention to data quality, accuracy, consistency, and documentation.
