Pioneer Resources in Michigan is seeking a part-time Community Living Supports aide to assist individuals with daily living, transportation, and community participation.
You will follow IPOS plans, document logs, provide safe transportation, and support personal care, working 20-29 hours weekly with some evenings or weekends as needed. A chauffeur's license is required and reimbursement is offered. We value teamwork, dignity, and community integration in every shift.

Position Type & Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position that works on average 20-29 hours a week. Days and hours of work vary based on program needs. Most shifts will take place during regular business hours. Some weekday shifts could go until 7pm and some weekend shifts may be required (typically three hours per weekend shift).
Summary:
Community Living Supports (CLS) are used to increase or maintain personal self-sufficiency, facilitating an individual’s achievement of his/her goals of community inclusion and participation, independence or productivity to increase Programs support individual’s goals identified in the IPOS. These supports are provided in their residence or in various community settings.
