Job summary

Anchor Home in Baltimore County, MD is seeking a Community Support Supervisor to lead a team of DSP/community support coaches delivering high-quality services to adults with disabilities in the community.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily CDS operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulations while expanding client independence and community integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Prior experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including record-keeping and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily CDS program operations to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and train a team of community support coaches and personal support coaches.
• Maintain accurate client progress records, incidents, and staff performance documentation.
• Provide direct care supervision and life skills activities for CDS clients.
• Coordinate access to medical, therapy, and community-based services for client well-being.
• Plan collaborative activities for CDS groups.
• Schedule call-outs and approve timesheets to align with staffing ratios and budget.
