Job summary

Options Residential, Inc. is seeking a Community Support Worker to provide one-on-one support in an apartment setting, guiding individuals toward independence. The role emphasizes compassionate direct care, with experience in Direct Support Professional, ARMHS or ILS work welcomed.

Full-time day shifts are available (weekend options listed). Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package starting after 60 days, including health, dental, life, and 401k options.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in DSP/ILS/ARMHS preferred
• 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to perform personal cares (dressing, bathing, toileting)
• Valid US driver’s license and basic computer skills

Full time day shifts available:

Saturday/Sunday 8am-3:30pm or 3pm-10:30pm

In this position, you have the flexibility of working independently while also having the structure and support of a team.

Starting Salary

$18.50 hourly

Benefits

Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience doing Direct Support Professional Work, ILS, or ARMHS work (1 year experience preferred)
• 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting) with clients
• Valid US driver's license
• Basic computer skills

Options Residential, Inc will conduct a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study on all new employees. Employees in driving positions will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle Background check. Continued employment will be contingent on a cleared background study and a satisfactory MVR.
