Job summary

Options Residential, Inc seeks a compassionate Community Support Worker to assist individuals living in apartments on their path to independence. This role involves one-on-one support and may suit those with Direct Support Professional, ARMHS, or ILS experience.

Weekend part-time shifts are available (Saturday/Sunday 2p-10:30p) offering flexibility within a supportive team. The position provides benefits eligibility and a starting hourly wage of $18.50.

Qualifications

• 1 year Direct Support Professional/ARMHS/ILS experience preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to provide personal cares (dressing, bathing, toileting).
• Valid US driver's license.
• Basic computer skills.

Community Support Worker

As a Community Support Worker, you will work one on one with individuals in an apartment setting to support them through their journey to independence! Part time weekend shifts available:

Saturday / Sunday 2p-10:30p

In this position, you have the flexibility of working independently while also having the structure and support of a team.

Starting Salary:

$18.50 hourly

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience doing Direct Support Professional Work, ILS, or ARMHS work (1 year experience preferred)
• 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting) with clients
• Valid US driver's license
• Basic computer skills
