Clarvida in Rutherfordton, North Carolina is seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor (CADC) to join our behavioral health team. About The Role

We're hiring a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) to join our dedicated behavioral health team in North Carolina. As a Substance Abuse Counselor, you'll provide structured, evidence-based services to individuals living with substance use disorders. This includes supporting clients through assessment, counseling, education, and relapse prevention planning while collaborating with other professionals to ensure integrated care.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Human Services or Behavioral Health field
• At least one year of experience providing substance use counseling
• Knowledge of addiction recovery models and relapse prevention strategies
