The Qualified Professional will:
  • Provide superior customer service and quality home care
  • Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
  • Manage your Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growing it
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
  • Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
  • Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay aligned with your role, experience, and contribution, with opportunities for growth over time.

  • Compensation: $22.91 - $29.42

Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.

Bachelor's DegreeQualifications

Position Specific and Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a field other than human services with 4 years experience working with the MH/SA/DD population to be served; or bachelor’s degree in human services with 2 years experience working with the population served.
  • Minimum of four years of working experience in a child mental health setting preferred.
  • Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
  • QP (Qualified Professional) credential is required for this position.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
