Job summary

ncgCARE is seeking a Community Support Team member to deliver behavioral health services to Mental Health and Substance Use consumers in the Durham area. The role focuses on crisis support, service coordination, psycho-educational activities, and family or natural supports as appropriate in the community setting.

Responsibilities include providing therapy, documenting treatment notes, collaborating with care teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services with 1 year experience working with population served.
• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field with 2 years experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a non-Human Service field with 4 years full-time experience with the population served.
• Must have valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level).

Education
